Through a designers eye we will walk you through the many steps and decisions to be made. We will define your style with grace and ease as we select everything from flooring to lighting and all things in between. Renovations
The need for renovations is a time to be heard. We listen to your needs and partner with you to create a space that is functional and beautiful. We will work directly with your contractor or utilize our connections to find the right tradesperson to bring your vision to fruition.
Full Service Interior Design
Creating a space for your needs and desires, through space planning and detailed information, we will transform your house into a home that is welcoming and picture perfect! Each detail from start to finish will be the key to that beautiful home that you’ve always dreamed of.
PROCESS
CONSULTATION
We will begin with a brief chat via phone call, and at that time we gather information about your upcoming design project and whether we are a fit. If we are a fit, Gretchen will come to the space to talk more in depth about the scope of the project. Measurements will be taken along with photos and all the details will be noted on your wish list.
DESIGN PRESENTATION and PROPOSAL
A second meeting is scheduled to take place in your space to visualize the scope of the project. A preliminary floorplan and moodboard will be presented and if the mark is met and we have created an idea that you are happy with and are ready to move forward with, then a proposal will be presented, with a detailed layout out of our objective, our goals, our solution and a project outline With estimated costs for design fee, furnishings, materials and any other details needed for the project. Once we agree on an estimated budget and the direction, a retainer for the design hours will be obtained and we will move on to the next steps.
DESIGN PLAN
Another floor plan with more acurate details, along with selections for finishes like tile, flooring,cabinetry, countertops, and such depending on the service you need. For instance if this is a new build, and the builder has preferred venders, then meetings will be set up accordingly to make our selections. The floor plan we create will be for the placement of furnishings. We will go over items you are keeping and items such as furnishings, rugs, casegoods and such to be purchased. There will be fabric choices for window treatments and furniture, there are rugs, lighting, art & accesories to be considered. Once selections are determined, we will move on to ordering.
ORDERING
We will begin ordering after approvals on all items have been established. Upon which and depending on how you would like to proceed we will either store everything in our trusted warehouse where you will be updated on the status of said items. “Highly recommended for that big install reveil !“ Or, we can always have most things direct shipped as they arrive, as long as this is not a new build, or is a smaller renovation where there is room in your space for items “as they ship”.
INSTALL
It’s the big day! We are all excited and have Been waiting for this moment to style and finish with magazine ready vignettes. Expect a long day and a little chaos before the Big reveal.
